Leucadia is an older beach community with a rustic small – town feel, marvelous art galleries and matchless restaurants. This metropolitan area has easy access to the beach, highway 101 (Pacific coast highway), Interstate 5, and all its amenities.
Cardiff by the Sea
Cardiff by the Sea is a charming city within Encinitas that features a beach community of quaint homes on the hillside. Uniquely enough, it has it’s own zip code. With its great location, the towns “walkability” to the beach, restaurants, markets, and other great amenities attract many residents.
